The Corals is being shaped by a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals, each bringing specialists expertise to the planning, design and delivery if a thoughtfully planned coastal community in Portland, Jamaica.
The Corals began with a simple conviction: that true luxury is not excess, but peace, stillness, and a real connection to the land. Our team came together to shape a rare stretch of Portland’s coastline with restraint — protecting the flora, the hillside, and the open sea views that make Boston Bay unlike anywhere else in Jamaica.
We imagine mornings that open to birdsong and the Caribbean, afternoons spent between the garden and the water, and evenings beneath a sky untouched by city light. The Corals is made for those who measure wealth in time, privacy, and belonging — a place to slow down, put down roots, and live deliberately.

Jean Holloway provides commercial leadership and strategic oversight for The Corals, working across architecture, engineering, legal, finance and marketing to help transform a long-term vision into a thoughtfully planned coastal community.
With more than two decades on Wall Street in investment banking and capital markets, she brings commercial discipline, strategic thinking and relationship management to every stage of the development.

Architect | Design
The architectural vision for The Corals is led by a practice recognized for designing contemporary homes that respond to challenging coastal and hillside environment.
Their philosophy combines modern tropical architecture with thoughtful site planning, creating homes that maximise natural light, ocean views and seamless connection to the surrounding landscape.
Civil Engineer
Infrastructure
The Civil Engineer provides technical leadership for the infrastructure and engineering of The Corals, ensuring every aspect of the development is carefully planned and executed to the highest professional standards.
Working closely with the architect, developer and wider project team, he is responsible for translating the vision into a practical, sustainable and buildable community.

The Founder remains closely involved in every stage of The Corals, guiding its long-term vision and assembling an experienced team committed to creating a community that reflects the character, beauty and future of Portland.
